1. General provisions

This policy sets out how Seismic Dynamics LLP (hereinafter “we” or “the operator”) processes and protects the personal data of visitors to seismic.kz. The policy has been prepared in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Personal Data and Their Protection”.

By submitting a form on the website and giving consent to the processing of personal data, you agree to the terms of this policy.

2. What data we receive

Only the data you provide yourself in the website forms:

  • name, phone number, email address;
  • company name, position, city — if you provide them;
  • information about the building and your message;
  • attached PDF files and links to files.

The website does not use third-party analytics or advertising systems. If they are added, we will update this policy.

3. Why we process data

  • to respond to your enquiry and call you back if you asked us to;
  • to prepare a proposal for equipment selection or analysis;
  • to fulfil our obligations if a contract is concluded between us.

We do not use your data for mailings without separate consent.

4. Storage and protection

Data is stored on servers located in the Republic of Kazakhstan and is accessible only to the employees who handle enquiries. We keep data until the purpose of processing is achieved or until consent is withdrawn, unless a longer period is required by law.

We take the necessary legal, organisational and technical measures to protect data from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure and destruction.

5. Disclosure to third parties

We do not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties, except in cases provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan or with your separate consent.
