LIRA-SAPR analysis and structural model review
We carry out LIRA-SAPR analysis and structural model reviews for design firms in Kazakhstan: seismic analysis of buildings, independent model review before expert examination, comparison of LIRA-SAPR and ETABS models, analysis of base-isolated buildings.
When a structural model review is needed
Before expert examination
Independent review of a LIRA-SAPR model: geometry, stiffnesses, loads and results — before the expert reviewers ask their questions.
Seismic analysis of a building
Modal analysis and response spectrum analysis in LIRA-SAPR based on the site input data.
Project with seismic isolation
Modelling of the isolation layer and preparation of data for bearing selection by the manufacturer.
Software comparison
Comparison of periods, masses and reactions in LIRA-SAPR and ETABS models when analysis in two programs is required.
What we check

What you get
Comments are linked to model elements and come with recommendations — they can be passed straight to the structural engineer.
Frequently asked questions about LIRA-SAPR analysis
How does a model review differ from model development?
In a review, we analyse your finished model and record comments. In development, we build the model from scratch based on the input data — this work is described on the ETABS analysis page.
Can a model be transferred from LIRA-SAPR to ETABS?
We do not perform automatic conversion: the ETABS model is built from the input data, and its results are then compared with the LIRA-SAPR model.
What data is needed to start?
Architectural and structural drawings, loads and combinations, the geotechnical survey and site seismic parameters, and the existing structural model if there is one.
How much does it cost and how long does it take?
Timing and cost are determined after reviewing the input data: they depend on the number of storeys, the structural system, the completeness of the documentation and the scope of analysis.
Need a structural model review?
Describe the project and the task — we will check the completeness of the data and come back with questions and the procedure for determining timing and cost.
